First Quarter Mentoring at OFS77s

ACS Members are encouraged to upgrade their Technician Class licenses so they can practice HF skills (likely to be used in a Large Scale Disaster) as well as participate in the State of California's OES (Office of Emergency Services) Monthly Net.
